Spit Bud products are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Spit Bud Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. The customer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of warranty will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Spit Bud. The warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
For all other consumer warranty claims, please contact Spit Bud Customer Care at Info@spittwell.com. To start the warranty process, you’ll need to send us the following pieces of information to properly evaluate your claim.
1. Valid proof of purchase
- a. Confirms the date of purchase for warranty coverage
- b. Unfortunately, without a valid form of proof of purchase the warranty is not valid, but we may have other repair options, so please call us.
2. Images or pictures of your product damage
- a. Helps us determine a product defect
- b. Helps us identify your specific product for repairs or replacement parts
