Spit Bud products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Spit Bud dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer's exclusive remedy will be the repair or replacement of the item as determined by Spit Bud. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
